
Arturo Burgueno

Arturo Burgueno is a Wealth Management and Legacy Planner and the owner of the San Antonio office of Everest Retirement Planners. Arturo has earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and conversant in French. Arturo holds FINRA securities licenses Series 6, 63, and 65.
He draws from personal experience when guiding others to prepare financially for retirement and life's unexpected events. In 2003, he was paralyzed from the chest down and was told by doctors that he might not live. He was able to tell his wife not to worry about finances because he had planned ahead. Before anything had happened, he had taken the time to ensure his family had an investment portfolio, life insurance, college funds for their children, and a paid mortgage. He is passionate about helping others to have confidence regarding their financial future.
In his free time, Arturo is active, adventurous, and dedicated to his community. He is a proponent for adaptive sports. Arturo loves to participate in wheelchair tennis, snow sit-skiing, and swimming. Arturo gives back to the community by serving in several non-profit boards. He has been the President of the Harvard Business School Alumni Club of San Antonio since 2016. In 2019 he started serving as a board member of the Masters Leadership Program Alumni Association. In 2020 he joined the board of directors of The DoSeum - San Antonio's Museum for Kids. Arturo is happily married to Yanett; they have two children. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling and sports.
