Jim is an investment advisor representative and has been in the financial services industry since 2003 as a Financial Planner exclusively focused on retirement, financial estate, and long-term care planning. He obtained FINRA securities licenses Series 6, 63 and 65, and is registered to do business in New Jersey, South Carolina, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Jim is also licensed in those same states to offer clients Life, Health, (Medigap) and Long-Term Care Insurance.

Jim follows the fiduciary standard when working with clients, which means he will act in only the best interest of his clients and ensure that all retirement advice given is suitable to the client’s objectives, needs and circumstances. A fiduciary remains loyal to his or her clients and makes full and fair disclosure of all facts pertaining to the client’s retirement situation. Since he is an independent retirement planner, he is not restricted to particular products. He is free to draw on the wide variety of options available from a full range of investment and insurance companies to build individualized plans and programs that benefit clients.

Jim is happily married to Darcy, and they enjoy spending time with their families. Jim has two sons, Nicholas (Vanessa) and Geoffrey (Shauna) and a granddaughter Kennedy. Jim also loves hockey, which he plays a couple of times a week. He loves genealogy, gardening, cooking, helping people and spending his free time with his family.

Emma Conder

First Impressions Coordinator



Emma is the newest member of our team and most likely the first person to greet you on the phone or in the office. She has taken on the role of Administrative Assistant in the Office and supports Maria and Bill daily. She is a vital part in maintaining client relationships and keeping a healthy workflow in the office. 

Outside of Everest, Emma is the Music Minister for her church, St. Francis UMC. There, she works with parishioners ages 4-85 across 5 different ensembles to provide music to her church congregation. 

When not working, Emma enjoys spending time with her cat, Rea, her mom and brother, and exploring the outdoors with her friends. One of her favorite pass times is completing jigsaw puzzles, while listening to her favorite artists or watching her favorite shows.
